What is your Cancellation Policy?
At least one week in advance. Deposit will be returned if limo is rented for the time client cancelled.

What is your Change Policy?
Call for changes. We will do the best to make it work.

Can I pay for the reservation in Cash instead of using the credit card that I made the reservation with?
Balance on the day of the run can be paid for with cash minus any deposits made. Deposit is $50 for under 4 hours and $100 for over 4 hours.

Is it possible to place, change or cancel a reservation with my Chauffeur?
Yes. Driver can call office to see if changes can be made.

How far in advance should I place my reservation?
Reservations are locked in at the time of deposit. Saturdays fill up sometimes months in advance so the sooner the better.
