NorthWest Limousine Policies:
Privacy: What goes on in the limo stays in the limo.
Wait time at airport: We will wait but limo time starts at agreed pick up time.
Update of airport arrival: We will check online to see if flight is on time and will
make changes as needed.
No Show: Client will be charged for time driver is out and deposit forfeited.
Cancellation: One-week prior, unless limo is re rented for your time spot.
Request policy: We will give you the limo requested as availability allows.
Rates and Billing: Billing must be set up previous to run.
We do not add surcharges at this time. The rates are as stated plus driver tip. No tax is added.
Payment method: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Local Checks, and Money Orders.
Lost or damaged limo items: Lost or damaged limo items will be charged to client making reservations.
Acts: We always do or best, but at times Mother Nature changes things.
We will always call to let you know if any problems arrive and help in any way to make it work.
Termination of run by us: Return of deposit and gift certificate issued.
